There are few requirements to become a salesperson. Frequently, there is little formal sales training, and research has proven the “sink or swim” practice of throwing new salespeople into the unpredictable world of OJT (on the job training) fails to produce desired results.

CSP CLASS AGENDA
The Certified Sales Professional program provides a thorough understanding of consultative selling; from business creation to improved time and territory management, goal-setting to prospecting.
Attendees return to the territory with a renewed enthusiasm for selling, tools, best practices, and plenty of actionable items to improve their sales skills and the resulting sales.
Public sessions for CSP are held multiple times a year in 4 “anchor” sites across the United States. MRERF is always open to schedule additional public or private sessions for a minimum of fifteen attendees. Contact us to learn more: firstname.lastname@example.org or 303-463-1801
CSP tuition includes all teaching materials, certification registration, written exam, verbal exam, lunch, beverages, and snacks Tuesday-Thursday. Every participant who completes the course, and passes the written and performance exams will receive, by mail, a certificate of CSP completion.

You will receive a confirmation, by email, of your enrollment and your payment. Please be sure all your information is correct. Your name, as you put on the form, will be used on your CSP Certificate.
Here is the typical CSP schedule:
Monday – Evening arrival & hotel check-in
Tuesday – Registration desk opens 7:45 am, class 8 am – 5 pm
Wednesday- Session from 8 am – 5 pm
Thursday – Session from 8 am – 3 pm written exam schedule starts between 3 pm – 5 pm
Friday – Individual verbal exams completion, departure after 2 pm
Participants will register for the verbal exam before the class and may be referenced to make appropriate transport and airline reservations.
Return Cancellation/substitution policy:
If a participant who is enrolled is unable to attend one of the MRERF/IPA programs, MRERF/IPA must be informed within 30 days of the program which is at least 30 days prior to the program for the following options: a full refund, or apply funds to another MRERF class at a later date with no charge.
For any cancellations received less than 30 days before the program, the options are: no refund and apply funds to another MRERF class at a later date with a $50 service charge

Personnel, directly or indirectly, performing work affecting conformity to product requirements shall be competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills, and experience. (ISO 9001:2008 Clause 6.2.2)
The organization shall:
a) determine the necessary competence for personnel
b) provide training or take other actions to achieve the necessary competence
c) evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken
d) provide quality awareness training
e) maintain records of education, training, skills, and experience

When you choose a date to enroll, you will be linked to the corresponding MicroTek Training Centers (or MicroTek partner
location). It is the responsibility of the participant to make their own hotel reservation. Each linked hotel is discounted for
MicroTek and has a free shuttle to and from the training facility. Be sure to ask for the MicroTek discount when you are making your reservation.
