The Certified Sales Professional (CSP) program gives a thorough understanding of consultative selling. From business creation to improved time and territory management; goal-setting to prospecting, and everything in between, attendees return to the territory with a renewed enthusiasm for selling. Public sessions CSP are held multiple times a year in sites all across the United States. Private sessions are also available for fifteen or more attendees.

CSP schedule (Tuesday-Friday sessions):
Monday – Evening arrival & hotel check-in
Tuesday – Registration desk opens 7:45am, session from 8:00 am – 5: 00pm
Wednesday– Session from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday – Session from 8:00 am – 3:00pm, written exam 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Friday – Individual Verbal Exams to be scheduled, departure after 2:00 pm
CSP tuition includes all teaching materials, certification registration, written exam, verbal exam, lunch Tuesday-Thursday, and certificate of course completion. Here is the CSP schedule:

Personnel, directly or indirectly, performing work affecting conformity to product requirements shall be competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills and experience.
ISO 9001:2008 Clause 6.2.2
The organization shall:
a) determine the necessary competence for personnel
b) provide training or take other actions to achieve the necessary competence
c) evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken
d) provide quality awareness training
e) maintain records of education, training, skills and experience.
Under c) above, to evaluate the effectiveness of training, we have identified a variety of methods including: tests/quizzes, hands on exercise/demo, observation of new skills, formal certification processes such as CSP, etc.
