Any reported violation AFTER earning the CSP designation will result in the issuance of a complaint and possible revocation of the designation.

Cancellation/substitution policy: Full payment is due 30 days before CSP begins. Cancellation/substitution policy: There will be a $50 service charge for cancellations received in writing one month before the program. No refunds can be issued after that date; however, we will provide a non-refundable credit for your full payment to be applied to a future MRERF program.
