Did you know that CSP certification of sales people meets this ISO 9001 requirement:

ISO 9001:2008 Clause 6.2.1
Personnel, directly or indirectly, performing work affecting conformity to product requirements shall be competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills and experience.

ISO 9001:2008 Clause 6.2.2
The organization shall:
a) determine the necessary competence for personnel
b) provide training or take other actions to achieve the necessary competence
c) evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken
d) provide quality awareness training
e) maintain records of education, training, skills and experience. 

Under c) above, to evaluate the effectiveness of training, we have identified a variety of methods including: tests/quizzes, hands on exercise/demo, observation of new skills, formal certification processes such as CSP, etc.

CSP gives a thorough understanding of consultative selling.  From business creation to improved time and territory management; goal-setting to prospecting, and everything in between, attendees return to the territory with a renewed enthusiasm for selling. Public sessions of The Certified Sales Professional (CSP) program are held multiple times a year in sites all across the United States. Private sessions are also available for fourteen or more attendees. 

Regardless of industry or place in the sales channel, you want CSP. Anyone calling on customers will find great value in the program. Three days of intense instruction, interaction and role-play will energize you and increase productivity and profitability.  

CSP tuition is $1,395.00, which includes all teaching materials, certification registration, verbal exam, lunch, and certificate of course completion. Here is the CSP schedule:

Monday – Evening arrival & hotel check in
Tuesday - Registration desk opens 7:30am, session from 8:00 am – 5: 00pm
Wednesday- Session from 8:00 am – 5:00pm
Thursday - Session from 8:00 am – 3:00pm, written exam 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Friday - Individual Verbal Exams to be scheduled, departure after 2:00pm
